Bringing Morning Wellness to a Boston Conference

A three-day workplace wellness experience designed to help conference attendees start their mornings feeling refreshed and ready.

A national professional association serving the legal industry partnered with ThriveHub to bring morning yoga to its multi-day conference in Boston. The three-day experience gave attendees a dedicated opportunity for wellness before the day's conference programming began.

The positive response to the program also prompted the client to explore bringing similar wellness programming to its office beyond the conference.

The Challenge

The client wanted to offer attendees a convenient morning activity that would help them start the day feeling refreshed and ready for the conference.

Because participants had varying levels of yoga experience, the client also wanted an accessible class that could accommodate a broad range of practitioners.

ThriveHub's Solution

ThriveHub provided three live, in-person Vinyasa Yoga: All Levels Flow sessions, each lasting one hour. The all-levels format was selected to accommodate different experience levels, with instructors able to offer modifications throughout the practice.

ThriveHub also provided yoga mat rentals for up to 30 participants, including delivery and pickup. Custom class information, including a class description, instructor bio, and FAQs, was provided for the client to share with attendees ahead of the conference.

Managing the Conference Logistics

ThriveHub managed the details required to bring the program into a hotel conference environment, coordinating directly with the venue around instructor access, room setup, and equipment delivery and storage.

By handling the mats and coordinating with the hotel, ThriveHub gave the client a ready-to-go wellness offering without requiring the conference team to take on another project.

Results

  • Up to 30 attendees participated in the three-day wellness program

  • All necessary yoga equipment provided through ThriveHub's mat rental service, including delivery and pickup

  • Custom class materials provided to support attendee participation

  • Sessions were well attended and positively received by participants

  • Positive response led the client to explore similar wellness programming for its office beyond the conference
