How a Seasonal Wellness Series Grew Into a Diverse Resident Experience

In summer 2025, ThriveHub partnered with a large residential community to create a seasonal wellness program that would activate its amenities, increase resident engagement, and offer neighbors more ways to connect.

The initial summer series featured 10 different wellness experiences. After the first season, the property renewed and expanded the program into a second season with 12 additional sessions, more class formats, and programming extending into the fall.

The Opportunity

The residential community had an impressive collection of amenities, including a pool, patio, fitness center, function rooms, and outdoor gathering areas.

The property wanted to use those spaces more intentionally by offering programming that could:

  • Bring residents into underused amenity spaces

  • Appeal to different ages, interests, and fitness levels

  • Create opportunities for neighbors to connect

  • Support physical and emotional well-being

  • Keep the resident calendar fresh throughout the season

Rather than repeating one class every week, the property wanted a varied program that residents could explore throughout the summer.

The First Season

ThriveHub developed a 10-session wellness calendar for summer 2025. Each experience was matched to a property amenity, resident audience, or seasonal opportunity.

The first season included:

  • Sunrise Yoga Flow by the Pool

  • Wine Down Yoga on the Patio

  • Power Yoga Workout

  • Feel-Good Dance Party and Zumba

  • Move & Connect Run Club

  • Family Fitness Fun

  • Fitness Equipment 101

  • Aqua Fitness

The series included morning, evening, weekday, and weekend programming to reach residents with different schedules.

Some experiences focused on movement and fitness, while others emphasized community, family participation, or helping residents make better use of amenities already available at the property.

Expanding the Program

Following the initial season, the property renewed the partnership for a second year and expanded the calendar to 12 sessions.

The new season introduced an even broader mix of experiences:

  • Wine Down Yoga

  • Toddler Yoga

  • Family Yoga

  • Feel-Good Dance Party

  • Outdoor Flow Yoga

  • Aqua Fitness

  • Mobility and Recovery

  • Afrobeat Power Zumba

  • Sound Bath

  • Restorative Yoga

  • Yoga Nidra

The second season retained popular outdoor and family-friendly concepts while adding more restorative and mindfulness-based programming. It also extended the experience beyond summer with sound healing, restorative yoga, and guided deep relaxation during the fall.

This evolution gave residents opportunities to be active, recover, relax, socialize, and participate as a family—all within one coordinated wellness program.

Marketing Every Experience

Because each session had a different theme, audience, location, and schedule, clear communication was essential.

ThriveHub created a custom promotional graphic for every activation. These flyers helped the property introduce each experience, communicate what residents could expect, and make the rotating calendar feel like a cohesive seasonal campaign.

ThriveHub also coordinated the wellness professionals and provided tailored class titles and descriptions, giving the property a polished program without requiring its onsite team to develop each activation independently.

Activating Amenities With Intention

The program was designed around the property rather than placed on top of it.

Poolside yoga and aqua fitness brought activity to the pool. Wine Down Yoga and Power Yoga activated the patio. Fitness Equipment 101 helped residents become more comfortable using the onsite fitness center. Dance, sound healing, and restorative experiences gave function rooms new purposes.

This approach allowed one wellness partnership to support several different property goals:

  • Amenity activation

  • Resident engagement

  • Community building

  • Family programming

  • Fitness education

  • Stress relief and restoration

The Outcome

Across its first two seasons, the partnership produced a 22-session wellness calendar with programming for a wide range of residents.

Recorded sessions have attracted approximately 17 participants, demonstrating meaningful interest in the property’s wellness offerings.

Additional indicators of success include:

  • Renewal after the inaugural season

  • Growth from 10 sessions to 12

  • Expansion from primarily summer fitness into fall wellness experiences

  • Programming for adults, children, and families

  • Activation of the pool, patio, fitness center, function rooms, and outdoor areas

  • A custom promotional graphic supporting every session

Rather than relying on a single recurring class, the property created a varied wellness calendar that gave residents new reasons to participate throughout the season.

The result was a flexible, repeatable model for turning existing amenities into engaging resident experiences.

The property’s name has been withheld to protect the client’s privacy.
